Return Policy

You may return the product you received from the courier within THREE to FIVE (3–5) days from the delivery date, provided that it is unused, the tags are intact, and the item is not damaged, deformed, or altered in any way. The product must be returned in its original condition, including the invoice and all accessories.

When receiving your order from the courier, please inspect the package in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you believe the product(s) have been damaged during shipment, do not accept the delivery. In such cases, request the courier to prepare a damage report and return the package without accepting it.

Before sending a return, please inform us by emailing info@themidground.co with details about the product(s) you wish to return and wait for confirmation.

Once the returned item(s) reach us, they will be carefully inspected. If they meet the return conditions mentioned above, an exchange will be processed on the same day. If you prefer a refund, it will be issued within 3 business days.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method: to the credit card for card payments, or to the bank account for wire transfers, within 3–5 business days.

Customer satisfaction and long-term shopping relationships are very important to us. We consider returns and exchanges as a normal part of the shopping experience and value the cooperation between buyer and seller.

For exchanges, the shipping cost of the new item will be paid by the Buyer.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service before the order is shipped. Once we receive your request, your order will be canceled before dispatch and your payment will be refunded to your credit card.
